A toxicology program pins the applicable OHT documents, XML schemas, picklists, endpoint summaries, IUCLID release, and jurisdictional requirements before exchanging robust study summaries.
Why it matters: Creates structured endpoint and method context for evidence synthesis, while study-summary data can omit raw observations and cannot by itself establish reliability, bias control, or comparability.

Test the main limitation
The suite has no single version, and OHT fields are not themselves regulatory data requirements. Exact templates, schemas, picklists, test guidelines, IUCLID release, and jurisdictional profile must be frozen.
Run one representative end-to-end pilot and record exactly where OECD OHTs loses context, needs an extension, or depends on another standard.
Machine-readable output may still be unfit for analysis or ML.
Test the output for missing context, provenance, terminology alignment, time leakage, and the intended downstream decision.
